For better rural schools

The second annual Rural School Conference will be held at the University on July 10, 11, and 12. This conference will be open to all county superintendents; rural teachers and others interested in rural school betterment. The program will be under the leadership of Professor H. L. Eby, head of the new Department of Rural Education in the University, and Miss Edith K. O. Clark, State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
