How to throw a ladder

New recruits and old hands gathered at the Laramie County Fire District (LCFD) No. 5 Monday night to become acquainted or re-acquainted with the proper way to throw a ladder.
This was not in order to train for some eccentric athletic event. The term, "throw a ladder," is only the fireman's term for the proper way to use a ladder to access a structure.
