Pawnee Coyotes Shelby Hoffman shoots for two

Friday February 16 was parent appreciation night. All the basketball players and managers presented rose's to their family member that gathered on the gym floor. Special presentations were made for the senior players by the coach, Janelle Robinson presented for the girl's Rhiannon Mowery, Grace Robinson, Jaycie Hahn and manager Kaitlynn Stryker.

Pawnee hosted Arikaree/Woodland Friday February 16.

Coach Janelle Robinson said, "Our final home game against Arikaree/ Woodland was a battle. It was back and forth for the entire game but in the end A/W came out on top. Shelby Hoffman was our leading scorer with 17 points. We are looking forward to our last game of the season against Caliche on Saturday."

The score didn't indicate the intensity of the game as the girls played really hard but lost 40-47. score by quarters, 12-12; 10-7;8-12; 17-9 Stats: Shelby Hoffman led with 17 that included three 3 point shots, made five rebounds, three assist and one steal; Erin Ellis added nine points and five rebounds' Rhiannon Mowery put in eight points that included two 3 point shots , two rebounds, three assists and two steals; Jaycie Hahn put in four points made three rebounds and one assist; Missy Cline had two points, five rebounds, two assists and one steal; Gracie Robinson had three rebounds and one steal

Saturday February 17 the Pawnee Coyote ladies traveled to play Caliche and brought home a loss 40-63,

Stats: Shelby Hoffman led with 13 points, made three rebounds and two steals; Erin Ellis added nine points was active under the basket with 14 rebounds and had one steal: Jaycie Hahn made six points and made four rebounds: Missy Cline made five points, two rebounds and two steals: Gracie Robinson added four points and two rebounds: All the girls scored in this game.

The fans all the hard work the six girls have put in and it is a joy to see them working together. Well done this season girls.
