    Rodeo - Grover style. June 19 and 20, each day at least 1,000 people came to see the 98 th PRCA "The Biggest Little Rodeo In the West" in Grover. Several big tents were set up on the east side of the arena close to the fence and cars and pickups lined up close where there were no stands for sitting.     Grover CO had its 97th annual PRCA rodeo this weekend. The Biggest Little Rodeo in The West. Because so many rodeos have been cancelled, there were several "big" PRCA champions competing.     The 95th Earl Anderson Memorial Rodeo, Home of the Biggest Little Rodeo in the West will be held in Grover Saturday June 16 and Sunday June 17, Fathers Day Weekend. Saturday the events began at 11:00 with the Parade down Main Street. The Depot Museum will be open following the parade. The 4-H club will have food available during the Rodeo.     Pawnee Coyote boys traveled to Sterling on a snowy afternoon Monday February 19 to play Weldon Valley in the 1A District 4 Basketball Tournament at NJC and won 61-40.     On Thursday October 5, the Pawnee Coyotes hosted the Prairie Mustangs. Coach Mary Burson said, "The girls played very well. They even were ahead of Prairie a few times. It was probably the best game they have played even though they fell short of the Win." Jaycie Hahn and Shelby Hoffman played the net aggressively.     The Pawnee Coyotes basketball team lost the neutral playoff game Feb. 26 against Peetz, 60-40 at the 1A District Tournament in Sterling. The Coyotes season ended with a 2-18 record. Disappointment often comes hand in hand with hope for the future. That hope rests in the laps of the young men who will step off the bench for Pawnee next year.
