Cell phones have quickly become a staple of the twenty-first century, and for good reason. They offer a more convenient way to do just about anything-learning, communicating, entertaining, etc.-however, they aren't all good. Not only are they distracting, but social media sites can also destroy people's self-esteem. One of the worst things cell phones do to people is disrupt their sleep habits.
