Michaud Farm sees wine in the future

Four years...that's how long it will take for the new Michaud Farms LLC Winery/Vineyard to produce bottles of wine for the Pine Bluffs area. The University of Minnesota has been working on varieties of hybrid grapes that will stand up to the tough Wyoming weather. These grapes are promised to be as hardy as the Cowboy State itself and the Michaud family plans to bring that fighting spirit to Pine Bluffs. With an ultimate goal of having a building with a tasting room here in town, the Michaud's are in it for the long haul.
