In an emotional and sometimes heated debate the Burns Town Council once again dealt with the topic of using personal vehicles to arrive at emergency calls. In last month's council meeting Mayor Jim Clark announced that the towns liability insurance would no longer cover the use of personal vehicles during an emergency call. Since then there has been a problem getting responders to a call. "I am absolutely freaked out about this because I am going on month number two of no responses."
