Spotlighting scout this month is Kooper Zerck.

Zerck is in his third year as a Scout and a member of the "Bear Den" in Pack 109.

He is active in all scouting activities, and has worked hard on learning the Scout laws and what they mean today. "I think kind. It means to help others. Like if there is someone new in scouts." said Zerck.

Earning patches, badges and belt-loops is part of the Scouts. Zerck is currently working on his Fur, Feathers and Ferns. "We went to the botanical gardens in Cheyenne. We looked at plants that are extinct from the dinosaur times." he said. He further added,...
