Daylight savings time more for economics

This weekend was the official “spring forward” for this year, and I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am guaranteed to be exhausted for at least the next few days while I try to convince my brain that it is actually not an hour later than it’s supposed to be, and I did not actually lose an hour of sleep. As the Wyoming government once again decides the fate of the use of daylight savings time in the state, I was curious as to how this whole thing even got started.
