Pine Bluffs own Refugio Cerenil spent Halloween in competition at the Cowboy State Raw Meet in Casper.
This was Cerenil's first time at the Cowboy State Raw Meet Competition in Casper. He set a lot of personal records during the weekend's competition.
Cerenil came home with the winners seat for the masters under 120 weight class. Setting his new personal records at 463 pounds for squat and deadlift. While he wasn't able to set his new personal record for benchpress he still persevered and lifted 347 pounds.
