Proposed Bill HB0037 ...road usage charges

The State of Wyoming was recently presented with a bill, HB0037, which is in regards to the road usage charges.

"The road usage charge would be applied to all Wyoming registered vehicles when traveling on Wyoming highways."

All the fees are arranged for 6 different vehicle categories. Each individual would have one of two options.

Option one would be to pay a flat fee based on the rate for the individuals vehicle category. In this situation the maximum number of miles for a time period would be multiplied by the amount of that vehicle's category.
