Shirley Ann Daugherty

Shirley Ann (Ward) Daugherty, 92, passed away on July 9, 2021, in her home with family by her side. Shirley was born on May 21, 1929, in Oconto Nebraska to Martha and Roland Ward. She was raised in Oconto and Alliance, Nebraska. On February 15, 1947, she married William Daugherty.

Shirley moved to Roseville California in 1965 and started working at McClellan Air Force Base in 1966, as an aircraft safety inspector. After serving for 27 years, Shirley retired in 1992. In 1996, Shirley moved with her twin sons, Dennis and Daniel, to Colorado, to be closer to family.
