Ordinances topic at town meeting

Concern of a permit for a house and still working on the north property. June 29th the Pine Bluffs Town Council held a regular meeting then a committee of the whole meeting which started at 4:30 p.m.

First was a public hearing for Ordinance 2022-05-solar and Ordinance 2022-07- zoning change. No one made a comment for the hearing.

Next was the consent agenda. There were two building permits approved which are on 313 E 3rd street for a fence and 610 E 10th street for a shed. Another permit for a house was not approved until the council get some questions answered. They asked for the owner to be...
