Mental health matters. It is a simple yet powerful statement constantly tossed around, but never fully discussed. Let's look at it this way, we go to the doctors when we physically don't feel good when we are sick with the cold or the flu, but why don't we make appointments when we don't feel good mentally?

Researchers at the Teen and Adolescents Wellness Academy found 1 in 3 school students suffer from mental health issues and approximately 1/3 go unseen or unheard from those who suffer.
