Lady Hornets sting the Lady Longhorns

The Lady Hornets started their basketball journey after the weather break with a game against the Kimball Lady Longhorns last Tuesday. The girls looked good and ready for the challenge. Passing and defense was sound and the results were a win. According to Coach Lindsey Forbes in a post-game interview, "I was a little concerned about the time off but the girls did well". They could work on their shooting a bit but the defense was strong and ball handling was good.
