Every year Laramie County School District #2 announces the teacher of the district. Tania England, who is Carpenter Elementary Schools Second grade teacher received this honor.

England has been in the district for two years and loves the community. She was born in London, England but moved to the United States when she was in middle school. England's family settled into Seattle, Oregon where she graduated from high School.
