It is still happening! Daylight savings time again. Like the old saying goes, spring forward and fall back. On November 5th the time will be changing from 2:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Some people would like it to stay as it is.. But that is only in some states like Arizona, Hawaii, and the overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. This has been going on since 1966.
