Trunk or Treats are becoming a very popular way for kids to gather treats during the "oh so fun" Halloween night. In Burns, Wyoming the Trunk or Treat was scattered throughout the town of Burns. There were several stops at different businesses.
Downtown, to keep the parents and kids warm, Laramie County Fire district #6 had hot chocolate for everyone to drink. The weather was a factor being chilly for the evening. The Rustic Plate had games for the kids to play at for their stop. At the Burns town hall in the south gym there was about seven booths set up for the kids to stop and get a trea...
