Fall and the crisp weather that comes with it bring on the urge to have piping hot soups and delectable chili's. So, there is no better time than now to have a chili cook-off. At Pine Bluffs Distilling, they believe in combining a chili cook-off with having a fundraiser for a great time this time of year. This is their fourth annual Chili Cook-off for the Pine Bluffs Distilling. This fundraiser is about Bar Bucks, which raises funds for the Laramie County Christmas baskets program.
