One of the first items was to find out the council never voted on Joseph Nicholson to be mayor pro tem when Mayor Jim Clark was on the council. Clark just appointed him. Every year the bars in Laramie County are competitive against each other to raise money for Bar Bucks. Bar Bucks is the money that is raised and goes into the Laramie County Christmas Basket fund.
