    CHEYENNE - Pine Bluffs Post Publisher Penny Merryfield and Reporter Zach Spadt were honored with Pacemaker awards at the Wyoming Press Association Annual Convention held in Cheyenne over the weekend.     The Wyoming Livestock Board announced on June 21, 2017 they have finished with the 2017 brand renewal list, which amounted to a total of 8,406 brands. Of that number, the board was able to successfully renew 80 percent of the brands, according to a news release by the organization. This means, however, that 20 percent of the brands due for renewal have not been renewed and are, therefore, on the delinquent list.     Motorists will pay more for driver license and motor vehicle registration fees starting July 1. During the 2017 legislative session, lawmakers approved two bills, which will increase the fees for a driver license and the state's portion of motor vehicle registrations.
