    Cheyenne, Wyo. – Wyoming 211 has been awarded $65,000 from the Addressing Basic Needs and Social Determinants of Health Program, which is part of the COVID-19 Health Disparity Grant Program. Wyoming has dedicated $8.1 million of federal funding to help eligible entities build up the health care infrastructure and address historical inequities in their communities.     Cheyenne, WY—Cheyenne Regional health system officials have updated the face mask policy at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and the Cheyenne Regional Medical Group clinics. The changes are being made due to the substantial decrease in local COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations and because the incidence of local influenza cases has also decreased and stabilized.     The Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets have an All-State award winner in their hive. Jessica Hoffman was selected by the Coaches Association to be an All-State Award winner. Hoffman who was dominant under the net in rebounds and blocked shots was also one of the teams leading scorers.
