CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Mark Gordon and State Health Officer Dr. Alexia Harrist have issued a third statewide order, closing non-essential personal services. The order goes into effect tomorrow, March 25, and extends through April 3. The order is focused on businesses where appropriate social distancing measures are not practical. Sylvia Sayers, age 86, was born October 6, 1933 in Neosho, Missouri to Raymond and Alma Belle Mills. Sylvia passed away March 20, 2020 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Boulder, Colorado where she had been a resident the past 7 1/2 years. She was educated in the Missouri school systems.
