The meeting at the Laramie County Fire District #3 fire hall was full of people for the meeting on December 11th. It is the monthly meeting with the Laramie County Fire board. Jeffrey Joel Bastian, 61, of Garland Texas, passed away November 28, 2023. Jeff was born July 21, 1962, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Theodore Ben and Bonnie Bastian. Last Wednesday Savannah Kirkbride made it official by signing her letter of intent for the Eastern Wyoming College volleyball squad. Two Pine Bluffs middle school wrestlers qualified for the WAWA (Wyoming Amateur Wrestling Association) Middle School State meet last weekend. Jesse Gortney and Jax Thurin both placed fourth in the state in their weight class. Gortney, who wrestles in the 70 lbs. weight class had to wrestle six matches in order to make the cut.
