    Each year, the Wyoming Department of Education releases a list of teachers of the year for each school district. For Laramie County School District 2, that honor went to a popular man around Pine Bluffs Junior-Senior High School: Dustin Lee is the 2019 LCSD 2 Teacher of the Year.     Monday voted to keep a bill repealing most gun-free zones in to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Sponsored by Sen. Anthony Bouchard, R-Carpenter, Senate File 75 would give the Legislature the sole authority to regulate guns in public places.     Pine Bluffs Mayor Alan Curtis will serve as the town’s representative on a cooperative for rural municipal power providers.     A dairy farm near Carpenter is facing approximately $25,000 in penalties following the death of a worker last June. The federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration currently lists four serious violations totaling $25,275 for Burnett Enterprises.     Monday night, members and leadership of Pine Bluff’s grocery store, Texas Trail Market gathered for a dinner and state of the store address of sorts. According to an audit carried out by Grand Island, Nebraska-based Lutz and Company PC, the store’s losses for the last fiscal year were down nearly $30,000 to $57,093 compared to last year’s $81,773.
